Situation

Using SSL VPN on FortiClient.

Solution

[1]
Log in to FortiClientEMS Server(Not WebGUI).

feature set --enable --name sslvpn

[3]
Log in to FortiClientEMS WebGUI > System Settings > Feature Select > Remote Access > SSL VPN

Check

Once the settings are synced, use FortiClient again.
